Helpful information about church statistics:
The church statistical information represented on the www.cogtn.org website is pulled directly from the treasurer reports sent in by the local churches. Reports are due in the State Office by the 5th of the following month. The date the statistical report was pulled will be at the bottom of the Stats page for your information purposes. All reports not received in the State Office by the time the monthly stats are pulled (which will always be AFTER the 5th of each month) will display as N/R. Any report that is received without funds will also display as N/R in order to give credit to the churches that are reporting with their monthly report and monies. “No Pastor” beside a church indicates the church does not have a full-time pastor at the time the statistical report was compiled. Interim Pastors are placed at these churches, but will not display on the statistical listing.
What do I do if the stats on the website are not correct for my Church? The Tennessee State Office strives to keep the information published accurate but the reality is there are a lot of variables that can affect the accuracy of information presented. If you find an error please contact your church clerk first and verify that the information reported to the State Office was correct. If there is a discrepancy between the report sent in and what is represented on the State Office web stats, please contact Crista Barnes at 423-892-4831, ext. 6. We ask that you please be patient with us as we work hard to serve you.
